Attorney Bio
Jennifer B. Levy has been a licensed member of the Florida Bar since 2006. In January 2018, after twelve years of practicing law with established firms, Ms. Levy opened the Law Office of Jennifer B. Levy, PLLC. Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. Levy worked primarily in the areas of real property, mortgage foreclosure, and consumer lending litigation. She also worked on nationwide class action lawsuits, bankruptcy and immigration matters. At her previous firm, Ms. Levy was the managing attorney for the firm's Orlando office, a senior position in which she supervised a team of ten attorneys and paralegals. She is admitted to practice in all federal districts in Florida.
Ms. Levy was born and raised in Massachusetts, but Florida has been her home since 2007. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. During law school, she was a Note Editor on the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. Ms. Levy also holds a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
